Hi peten19

We haven't stopped supporting reoccurring card payments but we are aware of an issue where customers cannot update their card details this specifically effects mail plus customers such as yourself, the only option is to make a one off payment each month, or making a one off bulk payment to cover.

Really sorry for any inconvenience that this causes.

I have been paying my TalkTalk bill since 2019 by a recurring card payment without a problem. My card number changed so I needed to update it. But the "Manage payment methods" page, service.talktalk.co.uk/payment-method, never finishes loading.

Eventually, after a 20 minutes phone call, I am told that recurring card payments are no longer supported! So when were you going to tell me? And when will you update the web site so account management tools work?
