    <description>&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk bill one month in advance each month from the date your monthly bill is produced. I would guess it's an adjustment due to the change from the billing cycle you were on with Shell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i don't know why i have been charged £11.15 for? it says (charges since you joined). my account was automatically transferred to talk talk as i was on shell broadband before because its been bought by talk talk now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your can see the updated amount in the Transaction history in My Account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
