&lt;P&gt;Staff will need to remove the old account and then you can reregister.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They like you to use a non Talktalk email address for billing purposes, by the way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have de-registered the old account can you re-register for My Account following the normal process via the my account website &lt;A href="https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/" target="_blank"&gt;www.talktalk.co.uk/login/&lt;/A&gt; using the email address you want to use.&lt;/P&gt;
