topic Order Number in Billing

Hello,

As I can see a number of other people have asked (but with no real solutions as far as I've seen yet), I also ordered Talk Talk Fibre 900 on the basis that I would get a £100 voucher. The date for that voucher to arrive has now passed and when I look on the status from the original email I got reminding me of the promotion, it says my purchase is still waiting to be verified.

I have contacted Gift Cloud but I am waiting on them to ask what my order number is (beginning with N) but like everyone else, all the emails I received on the day I purchased my fibre have no mention of an order number, just an account number.

I received 3 emails on the day of purchase with the subjects - 'Welcome to Full Fibre', 'Welcome to My Account' & 'Your full fibre is going live on 20 March 2024'. None of these mention a order number.

Can someone let me know how I can get this please? Or if there is anywhere I can find this on my account?

Thank you!
