&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Automatic compensation is applied if engineers haven't resolved the issue within the minimum period allowed for repairs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can you look into my account . I have been having recurrent connectivity problems over 2 years . You will see I have commented when the internet has gone down .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the last 3 days we haven’t had internet all afternoon, reconnected at 7.30pm .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this problem happens when the weather is hot. You will be able to see my call log over the last 2 years .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is a lot of money we are paying a month For no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can you look into this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
