      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems to be working now. I've managed&amp;nbsp;to pay the bill, so I'm happy now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I went on talktalk.co.uk after making the post, the page that popped up was saying that all TT systems were down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ant (AKA Sid)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
