      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently switched to TT via the Topcashback website but cannot claim the offer as I need an account no. Starting with n7, n8 or s0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TT and TCB are blaming each other for this. Can anyone assist ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>
