I was going to leave Talk Talk but enticed back by the offer of a free month, a £100 Amazon voucher and a free gift. I have not received the Amazon voucher or free gift. I signed up in May so would have expected these by now. any idea when they will arrive? Thanks

@dollygrip, vouchers and free gifts don't materialise within a month of renewing. Depending on the deal, it's anything from 6 weeks up to 90 days....

I'll move this to the billing section for you.
