Change TalkTalk account number

I previously had a TalkTalk account, before moving to Shell. My Shell account has now been transferred to TalkTalk. When I try to register with My Account, it is recognising my email address and linking it with my previous TalkTalk account. How do I get it to link my email address and login with my new TalkTalk account?

Wait for staff to reach this during the week, @Robert1065.

It's been a noticeable problem for Shell customers being transferred that were also previously Talktalk customers.

It's not difficult to resolve, once staff remove the old information.

They will reply during the day (Monday to Friday). I'll move this to the billing section for you.

Can you try to register your new account for My Account, the old account has been removed https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/
