    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am 77 years old and I have been really unwell for 6 weeks or more and not being able to pay attention to everyday things.&amp;nbsp; I have noticed that my monthly bill has gone up by £20 a month and I have missed the June update.&amp;nbsp; I cannot afford to pay this every month and would like to change my package please. Could you please advise me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You may have missed an end of contract notification which would have alerted you to the fact that, though your service continues anyway, any discounts will have expired.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All you need to do is phone free from a Talktalk landline on 03451 720088 and speak to the Loyalty team to renew your deal. You could try Chat instead if you prefer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to answer a few security questions to ascertain ID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Forum staff cannot set this up for you but will check that what you agreed is processed correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
