Landline calls to TalkTalk

Are landline calls to TalkTalk free, (I am thinking sales, renewals, cancellations), from my TT landline? Is there a maximum time after which calls are charged? I have no call boosts.

The calls to 03451 720088 are always free from a Talktalk landline.

Calls to other Talktalk residential customers are limited to 3 hours free.

Calls with the phone boost for UK calls to ordinary landline/mobile numbers have a one hour limit.

So customer service 03451 720088 works more like an 0800 number, @jaspertat, except it must be from a TT landline.
