Shell transfer - old TalkTalk account

Hi,

I cannot access my transferred account from Shell Energy Broadband.

When I log in with my email address I can only view details from a contract with TalkTalk which ended in 2019, which was for broadband supplied to another landline number.

It can be sorted when staff reach your thread during the week, @TomTP.

They'll remove the old details and then you can register afresh.

Can you register your new account on our website https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/ I have removed your old account.

Let me know if you don't know your new account number starting with a 9.
