Another top cashback account info request!

Hi, I need my account number starting "N7", "N8" or "S0", followed by 7 digits. I asked Top cashback about it, and they sent me here.

Could someone please send me the correct info? Also maybe it's worth asking them to update their form so it accepts the account numbers we have??
