    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks for you help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The contract does not indicate if it's Fibre to the cabinet or Fibre to the Premises.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because the contract says a landline is included, it leading me to believe the package is Fibre to the cabinet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The package description says...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fibre 65 Base plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additional Items (this is for anytime telephone calls)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should a call TalkTalk to find our if the contract is Fibre to the cabinet or Fibre to the Premise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Help,confused, not sure if I have ordered the correct TalkTalk broadband package</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last week CityFibre installed Full Fibre + VoIP into my property. My Broadband package is TalkTalk Fibre35 that ran off a copper telephone port for the last two years. Now using the new fibre connection my Fibre 35 runs a lot faster and landline plugged into the Wi-Fi- Hub 2 works perfectly.&lt;BR /&gt;My Fibre 35 package is soon to end so I ordered TalkTalk Fibre 65 + anytime calls.&lt;BR /&gt;Now, having looked at the Contract documents the plan says “Your TalkTalk Fibre 65 plan Includes Landline”. Also estimated download speeds between 43.6 and 48.4 Mbps downloads and uploads 4.0 Mbps seem low to what is advertised 67 Mb/s average download speed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will I be paying for a landline I don’t need?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advise is welcome&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have VOIP with Talktalk that is indicating your active phone number, and you don't pay for the separate landline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It was always included in the full price and couldn't be separated from the package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's just actual calls that you pay for / are covered if included in the UK anytime boost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you check the advertised speeds, you will see that these are&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;always an average&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;and not a reflection of your own particular line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;43 - 48 Mbps is typical of many FTTC FIBRE65 packages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What needs double checking is whether or not they're muddling Fibre to the cabinet Fibre65 with what you thought you had fixed up, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/286924"&gt;@itsmeacalling&lt;/a&gt;, i.e. Fibre to the Premises, in the package description. They are both called Fibre65.....!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either way, you don't pay extra for simply having the phone facility.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Problem resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk Fibre 65 is Fibre FTTC (fibre to the cabinet). I found this information on the Internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called TalkTalk sales and queried the contract asking if this package was FTTC or FTTP, answer FTTC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I canceled the Fibre 65 contract and opted for Fibre 150 that is FTTP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks all&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rather confusingly, TalkTalk do offer a FIbre65 FTTP service as well as a Fibre65 FTTC one, but I am also rather confused by your statement "&lt;SPAN&gt;Now using the new fibre connection my Fibre 35 runs a lot faster and landline plugged into the Wi-Fi- Hub 2 works perfectly." If you have actually had full fibre installed to your home and are not using the copper phone line any more, then I don't think it will be Fibre35 you are on. I don't believe they offer Fibre35 FTTP. What speeds are you actually getting?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
