Services Rate G21 - how much is it?

Hi, I've looked all over TalkTalk's website and cannot find the answer. Tried their on-line chat service and the agent did not know.

Does anyone know what is the price per minute of a call which appears on my bill as Services Rate G21 ?

@grambuch, was it an 0300 number? Digging around that's all I can find in connection with G21 service numbers.

It's not showing under the pricing tables that I can find, but pops up in other forums and by searching more widely.

If that's the case, it's just the same as 01 or 02, that is 24p per minute and would be covered by the Anytime Calls boost etc in that category of normal.

But I will move this to the billing section to get this checked for sure.

The rate is for an 03 number ( UK:Fixed Line:National - Standard. ) they are free as the anytime calls boost is active.
