Got a debt recovery mail by post, when i do not owe

I moved from my previous address to a new one. talktalk helped with the transition and i have been on direct debit since. Yet i got a mail by post from debt recovery that i owe talktalk debt. please assist as i do not owe.

@efosa, is there any indication whether it's for the old or the new address?

If you didn't pay by DD previously there may be something amiss.

What other methods have you used?

Staff will respond during the day.

Hi efosa

The previous accounts' final balance which included April/May's bill was not paid, you should be able to still login to that account to see those bills.

Its has been passed to a collection agency so you will need to speak to them regarding that particular balance.
