    <description>&lt;P&gt;New customer, Talk Talk took over my previous supplier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Feeling really upset by what has happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was assured the transition would be seamless, well the service was, the billing however is not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid my monthly bill by direct debit, I was informed it would simply transfer over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today however I get an email saying there is a problem and that due to this next months bill will include an additional fee for late payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did they inform me prior to this late payment, no they did not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very unimpressed with this treatment, I am now considering just ditching this company when my contract is up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You will not be charged a late payment fee - it's a known issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Shell migration team will sort this out - meanwhile, welcome to Talktalk's automatic generic emails, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/692015"&gt;@//##=&lt;/a&gt;. It's rather an issue with this company as their lack of fine tuning sows the seeds of confusion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
