&lt;P&gt;A switch to Virgin requires you to tell Talktalk yourself, so doesn't work like the normal Openreach switches.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'll move this to the billing section for staff to check what is going on, but you cannot process cancellations through the forum. It always requires a call to 03451 720088, rather than Chat, as Chat always then has to arrange a callback to complete the process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
