Hello can you please help me I was with shell now I’m with you when you sent a email about this you said that I did not have to do anything, you could not get payment you should have told me to set up a DD for you I thought you would take payment as for Shell anyway I have set up a new DD with you. You have said I need to pay an extra £12:50 I wonder if you could wave this also could you check that the DD has been set up. Thank you.

You won't be charged the £12.50, @Lynette13. It's a known error that is being sorted out.

We are aware of the issues with direct debits, your is awaiting confirmation so should be ready for next month. You wont be charged a late payment fee as it our issue.
