Is it possible to pay my bill by standing order instead of direct debit as its easier for me to pay every 4weeks rather than once a month due my budgeting I would never miss a payment if I was able to do this ...please can anyone help, thank u kindly

Probably not, @dReamS, as Talktalk has its own billing cycle.

It's not listed among the possible options here, and even recurring card payments have been suspended for a couple of months.

The DD way of paying is responsive to the amount being variable, as long as Talktalk gives you notice in the billing email. I believe that Standing Orders are less flexible.

I'll move this to the billing section for staff attention.
