      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mum has been migrated but it won't let her register. We are using the correct new account so I'm assuming Shell have her postcode/name/dob slightly wrong. Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The details in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Personal Information should be your own.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At the end of that section,&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;in Private Notes&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;, add your mother's details. SAVE CHANGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You access the relevant area of the forum by going via your avatar&amp;nbsp; / name; settings; drop down menu.....&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the Anytime Calls Boost is supposed to be included, staff can take a look. It is supposed to be a similar package to what she&amp;nbsp;had with Shell.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can confirm that the anytime calls boost is active on the account, &amp;nbsp;The issue is that the anytime boost is called something different for shell customer and My Account has been updated to reflect this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have checked and there are no charges for calls on the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Please remove this.&amp;nbsp; Also it says her bill is on DD but you haven't taken the payment.&amp;nbsp; I tried to email the add account user for myself as per the instructions and just got an auto email saying to call. This has been an utter joke!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The paper bill charge has been removed, There is issues with Direct debits this month , we are asking for a one off payment this month either on the phone or online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As the account is now registered for online billing the paper bill charge will not be applied going forward.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
