I joined TalkTalk over two months ago. My first and second bill is paid

After joining TalkTalk I received an email with the following message:

"Thanks for purchasing your broadband with TalkTalk. The package you selected is eligible for an Amazon Echo Dot (5th Gen) on us!

A code to redeem your gift will be issued 60 days from installation and after your first bill has been paid.

Is there any update on this has I have not received a code yet?

I got told there was a free echo dot with my package. I have paid 3 months now and still not received a code for it.
