&lt;P&gt;I would suggest calling (03451720088 ) and asking to speak to the shell migration team if you have been double charged they will be able to identify your payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>MOVED FROM SHELL BROADBAND</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Feel I was overcharged £15.14 for going live in July.&amp;nbsp; I was&amp;nbsp; transferred to TalkTalk when Shell Broadband asked me to change payments via email on 10.5.24. to TFP Telecoms Limited, which I did on 20 May.&amp;nbsp; I have proof of payments for May and June&amp;nbsp; which include advance payments for June and July, so why have I been charged extra as it should be a seamless event? I have tried the chat line and submitted a bill query without success.&amp;nbsp; Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any overlap or duplication between Shell /Talktalk payments will be sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The likelihood is that the current bill shows days&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;from the date of the switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; to the billing date, as well as the month going forward, purely on the Talktalk service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
