I am not paying any live charges as I did not request to leave my previous I think absolutely unfair. That you add this i have not signed deal with you regarding any extra payments to you i have paid all of that when I started with shell i am not paying again I know my rights please remove extra charge please thank you

Sorry that you are unhappy.

Shell sold their customer base to TalkTalk and notified all customer of this , your service is now provided and billed by TalkTalk the bill is fully itemized and can be viewed online.
