Random Telephone Calls

Hi - not sure which section to post this one but I've been phoned two days running from 01282 570731 asking if I'm happy with my service from you?

I said yes of course but wondered if these calls were from some scam group?

Ive checked your account and we haven't contacted you, do you have callsafe enabled About CallSafe - TalkTalk Help & Support you can block the number from contacting you again.

So just had the same from the same number spoken to them and said they did some improvements to my line.

This seems very scam like and would like to know if talk talk uses a call centre with this particular number?

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
