Giftcard not received

I have been signed up to Fibre 500 since June of this year. My broadband deal included a £75 gift card, but I have not yet received it (see screenshot attached of rewards.giftcard.com page). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Some gift cards require 90 days, @BenM01.

I'm afraid I don't recall. It's been 70 days - perhaps I should just wait another few weeks and come back if needed?
