Echo dot promotion not received

Hi there,

I am a new customer full fibre 500 with talk talk since the beginning of June. I read before and during joining I should receive an email for a free echo dot to be delivered from amazon but I have still not received this.

I have been a customer for over 60 days as per their Ts and Cs but still no email. Does anyone know of a way to go about getting the echo dot? I'm struggling with WiFi not working in one room of my house and thought it would be OK as I would have the echo dot to act as a WiFi extender fairly soon

You've posted this in the email support area, @Lomasp. It's really a sort of My Account issue, to do with the offer, so I'll move this to the billing section for you.

It should be picked up by staff in the next couple of days or so.
