Hi, On my online account I am being billed at a total of £35.00 pm.

I received an Email from TalkTalk on the 7th this month when I started the Fibre150 which states-

Promotion £13.95 discount for Fibre 150

Super Safe boost Hallf price for 24 months

Unlimited UK call Boost -£11 for 24 months

Total monthly cost £19.00 discount 24 months

I have sent a copy of the original Email to TalkTalkplc for their response.

I would appreciate If you can look into this for me

Your package is

FTTP 150 base price £40.95 - £13.95 discount = £27
Supersafe boost base price £6 - £3 discount = £3
Calls Boost base £16 - £11 discount = £5

Total price per month after discounts = £35

The Auto email email looks to be saying what discounts you have but has miscalculated it.

Is this the price you accepted ?

Yes I thought it was too good to be true when I received that Email. (pitty they would not honour it though 😞 )

The original package was for £35 so no problem
