      <title>Direct Debit fail by Talk Talk after Shell Migration</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received an email from Talk Talk saying my Direct Debit payment has failed following Migration from Shell Energy and after being advised I needed to do nothing regarding migration. &amp;nbsp;Now been advised I need to make an immediate one off payment, even though a direct debit is set up. Appalling service from Talk Talk and impossible to speak to a human being to get it sorted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The direct debit instruction is showing as pending, this is an issue we are aware of , You will NOT be charged an admin fee, we are are asking in the meantime to make a one off payment this month either online or over the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Apologies for any inconvenience caused.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
