&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the billing board, you should see a notice from Talktalk staff about the issue with recent Shell Direct Debit payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Customers are required to make a one off card payment if Talktalk could not process the DD in time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have already paid, check that Talktalk has recorded the one-off payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Call 03451 720088 or use Chat and speak to the Shell Migration team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;why have I had a text asking me to pay my bill when my account is up to date with payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I payed£30.89 on 1/9/2024 to clear the bill after the transfer from Shell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to register for My Account &lt;A href="https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/&lt;/A&gt; you account is showing as in credit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
