      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was an issue transferring the direct debits at the same time as your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's a one off and you will not be charged any late payment fees.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You won't be charged the £12.50.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;An unfortunate set of circumstances meant your account was transferred before the direct debit was fully in place. Because if this it triggered the email you received.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You also won't be charged twice, so if you can pay by an alternative means, this would be the way forward until next month when your DD should be taken correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is a pinned note at the top of the forum from a staff support member giving a bit of clarity.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this goes some way to putting your mind at rest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately there was an issue activating Direct Debits on some Shell accounts this month, We are asking for a one off payment this month you can do this via My Account or over the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
