Hi, when I signed up for my 18 month contract, I was told I had to get the £5 discount re-applied every 3 months.

Please can this get re-applied.

We can only re-apply the discount when it expires, post back on the 11th and we can add it again.

I'll move the other one out of the way.

Posting multiple times in more than one thread just creates unnecessary work for the forum and doesn't get the job done any faster.

Was this arranged via a complaint, as the £5 per month discount is no longer available.

It was agreed with retentions team.

I called to say I was leaving unless they matched the offer from Now broadband.

They said they can match the price, but I had to get the £5 discount applied every 3 months.

I signed a new 18 month contract.

So I've basically been mis-sold?
