They say it has been passed on to TalkTalk who would get back to me within 28 days.,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is now more than 28 days and I have heard nothing from TalkTalk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please comment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There have been others on here where ismybillfair have not contacted TalkTalk and others where they have done so during mid term contract and been charged a fee as they have breached their existing contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Loyalty team hold the best prices so if you are out of contract I suggest you contact them.&lt;/P&gt;
