Migrated shell energy customer
Failed debit order in August (some talk talk problem)
"Charged" 12.50 quid for talk talk problem.
Received email saying charge would be reversed as debit order failure was talk talk's problem
Received email saying pay manually or we will take two months debit at next charge cycle
Received email with bill summary that appears to include 12.50 charge.
Completely unable to log in to the myaccount part of your website due to "technical problem"

Please advise.
