I started 23/8 have been charged two months of broadband and call package

i know I owe days 23/8-27/8 which is on the bill but added extra

What is the date of the bill in question, @Perry31?

Anything dated around now is for the forthcoming month.

So it should cover from 23rd August onwards retrospectively plus the month ahead.

Thereafter it will only be retrospectively for calls made if not inclusive. Always forwards for the package to cover the month ahead.

28 Aug to 27 Sep

28 Sept to 27 Oct

Plus any pro rata and advance charges for boosts (unlimited calls boost) Your bill is fully itemized and shows this.
