How do I remove call diversion?

On Sunday I renewed my Talktalk contract and have noticed 'call diversion" on the add ons at £3 a month. I can't remove it from my account myself. Can I have this removed off my package as I don't want to pay for this feature (and didn't see it on the list when I renewed the contract anyway).

No problem, sorry it wasn't showing in My Account its been raised as an ongoing issue effecting numerous accounts.
