      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just checked My Account and it's working fine for me. Have you tried the usual e.g. clearing cookies/cache; disable ad blockers; enable pop ups etc? Or try a different browser?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is only the My BILLS window that says 'Oops, it looks like there is a technical problem. The other windows of MY PACKAGE &amp;amp; SERVICES, HELP &amp;amp; SUPPORT, FIX A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SERVICE and MY OFFERS &amp;amp; UPGRADES are working fine! So still not sure what to do!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
