Talk talk have put me onto a 24 month term contract which I never agreed to. How do I leave?

There's usually an email with contract details that you should read immediately on joining / renewing and you have a 14 day cooling off period.

Moving this to the billing section for you, @Ferraraforbes123.

Staff may be able to check what has happened, but can't process a cancellation for you.

I can see that the cancellation request has been placed, and the contract was rolled back to the original end date. A feedback form has been completed on the agent that renewed the contract
