This page shows you termination fees, though an agent will give you the precise figure when you call, @Alahousat:

Use the 03451 720088 number and ask to speak to "Retentions" / Loyalty Team, as they deal with cancellations.

You are best phoning, as, if you use Chat, they have to call you back too, and sometimes the call is missed etc. They are open 9am till 7pm on weekdays and till 6pm on Saturdays.
