Ending my contract

I would like to end my contract. When I was with Shell it was only £23.00 a month. Now they want £60.00, this is TalkTalk. It says that my account came to an end on 6/3/24. Can I cancel with TalkTalk

You need to contact TalkTalk customer services directly if you wish to cancel, it can't be done here on the community.

As this is your first bill with us, the bill includes pro rata charges since you switched to us, and as you are out of contract you are charge full price.

Call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available
