Have moved from shell energy but have no way of seeing my account details anymore.

How can I register to see my account details when logging in brings up only my old account with talk talk . Was with shell you have taken it over but not advised how to get into account

Staff can remove the old details for you.

They will be back on here after the weekend. Your post is in a queue for their attention, @Janeperry.

Then you'll be able to register afresh.
