I have just taken out a new 24 month package and the £20 tv hub box was supposed to be free but I have been charged for it.

Moving this to the billing section, @Heather18.

There's normally a £5 TV rental charge monthly (sometimes discounted) so not sure why it would show £20.00.

I can see that customer services have raised a credit for the charge.
