    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i have a shell router from when i was migrated to Talk Talk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now gone to a new ISP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;do i need to return the router?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;( i still have the box)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and could you send me a return slip&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that i can stick on the box to return the router thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;been told my " shell" account is still active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but i had a email from Talk Talk 3 months ago to say i had been migrated to them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never had a Talk Talk router&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;TT never sent one.or said i needed "their" router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;( The shell router is better anyway)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But being billed ( and payments taken ) By Talk Talk directly ( not shell)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shell pass me back to Talk Talk who pass me back to Shell&amp;nbsp; and round and round it go's..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all i am trying to do is&amp;nbsp; to find out if i need return a router that i don't want to be charged for&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You won't be sent a returns bag if the account is still live, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/698036"&gt;@mrbiscuit1&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That doesn't stop staff sending you the returns bag anyway, but you don't want to be paying for two services and only getting the use of one!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's the priority to sort out first: which ISP did you switch to and how did you set up the switch?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'll flag this up for attention from staff, as your topic has been overlooked this past week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Your account is going through cancellation and is due to complete on the 21st Nov.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A returns bag will also be issued for the router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
