&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which supplier have you moved to, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/737666"&gt;@bernadette56&lt;/a&gt;, as they don't all use One Touch Switch yet, and that only became active on 12th September as an option. Between ordinary FTTC there was already a switching system but read the advice here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Moving this to the billing section for you, but a warning that staff won't now be back on here before Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Termination of services</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I gave 30 days notice on 22nd August'24, informing I was terminating services as my contract ended on 22nd Sept,24.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, TalkTalk state my new supplier havent contacted Talk Talk, so effectively I am still being charged for phone line and rental. All emails fron TalkTalk are No Reply and my account doesnt recognise my email address or any passwords inputted. I have paid upto my leaving date of 22nd Sept, but TalkTalk are requesting payment for November and threatening a £12 late payment charge also. How can this be resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It looks like the cancellation request failed, I have asked for the cancellation to be placed again to close the account ASAP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
