&lt;P&gt;If you are out of contract, however, you'll be billed for the 30 day notice period. There will be a further bill to sort out any refunds etc, and then one for £0.00, finally.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you received email confirmation of the cancellation?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How did you contact Talktalk to do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You service ends on the 8th and you bill is produced on the 1st, you will be owed a refund for the period after the 8th to the end of this month this will be available on the 1st Dec.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
