Wrong account address

After 17 years TalkTalk have sent postal items to the wrong street address. I can find nothing on their website or in my account to show how it can be corrected or even to call to do so. I am NOT moving house - they simply have the wrong street!

Done, as suggested. The same postcode covers Thorpe Lea AND The Paddock with the latter being an extension of the former but unfortunately resulting in both lengths having a house numbered 3. 
What I don't understand is why TalkTalk has changed my details in "my account" when they have been correct for 17 years! 
What happens next?

The address hasn't changed and is listed with exactly what you have added to your profile.

I had cause to "chat" with TalkTalk about another matter & they passed me through to somebody who arranged correction a few days ago. But thanks for your efforts. Still no explanation as to why it was wrongly changed unilaterally in the first place.
