I took out a Fibre 65, and I was expecting an Amazon voucher to be received today. However, when I checked, it said my order hadn't been registered.

Please never post personal information in the public thread. Your Talktalk phone number / account number should be in Personal Information and any extra information goes in Private Notes, at the end of that section.

You reach it via your avatar, settings, drop down menu.....scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

I'll move this thread to the billing section, where it will be in the appropriate area for this topic. It will be in a queue for attention.

When did your service go live? Has it been 90 days?

Can you add your name and TalkTalk landline or account number to your Community Profile.

I signed up direct through TalkTalk and the voucher was for a £50 gift card.
