Hello…my contract is about to end. Can you please tell me what date I am paid up to and on what date can I switch.

Bills (& service) will continue after the minimum term expires and the billing cycle may well not coincide with the contract end date, so it is likely that the bill approaching the end of your contract will be a little higher. Out of contract days will be charged pro rata at full price, @Mozzapan.

You can switch at any time, but more than 30 days before the end of the contract triggers early termination fees.

Outside the contract, they still need 30 days, or, if you switch and the new company takes over your phone number, till the new service goes live, @Mozzapan.

Hi Mozzapan

Your minimum term contract ended on the 18th November, so you are free to switch at anytime. Your service bills will continue with us until transferred.
