Hi,

I received a new router as TalkTalk wanted to update my internet service for free. The letter enclosed mentioned that I could recycle my old router. However I have now received a letter, stating if I do not return the old router to TalkTalk, I could receive a 50 fine?

What is the current policy on router returns/recycling, given the conflicted messaging? I am not cancelling a service, but I am assuming the refund department would know about it, so which statement is the correct one?

Thanks for any info
