I recently agreed a credit of £10.23 and it has not been taken from ny direct debit this month.

It should be taken from every payment after 13 11 24

You mean that it's £10.23 off the full price, so your current discounted renewal price, @Bryanwify?

A little more detail will be helpful.

Anything agreed after the previous bill was made up and too soon to change a Direct Debit amount if already pending wouldn't be changed.

So details of dates would help clarify the issue.

Anything not apparently applied this time should show applied in the details of the next bill.

Your new contract price starts from your next bill as it was agreed after your bill was produced.
